Adorable little house in east Hailey. This LEED-certified home is part of a commons with six neighboring small homes. Hiking and biking trails out your front door, with downtown Hailey a fifteen-minute walk away. Assigned covered parking for one vehicle in the shared carport. Large master bedroom includes washer/dryer. The Wood River bike path, and Nordic ski trail in winter, is also walking distance from the property. The Wood River Trail System is a 30+ mile network of paved trails that connect all the communities of the Wood River Valley – Bellevue, Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Elkhorn. ** This home does not have AC. Most homes in the valley do not have AC due to cool nights most of the time. There are two portable stand up fans and a ceiling fan in the BR. If you require AC, this may not be the home for you.

Summary: It was such a great, relaxing time. We came to celebrate our anniversary and go all around Ketchum and Sun Valley. It was perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed to stay in or go out. I have been to other VRBO’s that weren’t as they seemed online but this host has described it just as it is. We fell in love with this cute little cottage and hope to come back again some day.

Summary: Great property. We used this cute “cabin” as home base for exploring the Sawtooth Wilderness (approximately a 1 hour and 20 minute drive). The property is exactly as listed. No surprises. For those who stay there I highly recommend eating at Powerhouse (restaurant) on Main Street. They (hands down) had the best food in Hailey. My wife and I were so impressed we ate there three times.

Summary: One of the most absolute, wonderful, relaxing moments we spent on our trip, was here at this unit. My wife and I fell in love with the place the moment we walked into the shady courtyard. Our only regret on our tour of Idaho, was that we did not have a bit more time here. Everything was just perfect!
